What plans does Grove offer?
Grove offers three plans: Seedling (up to 15 employees, core HR features), Growth (up to 50 employees, performance reviews and recruitment), and Forest (unlimited employees, full feature set including API access and priority support). All plans include leave management, employee profiles, and email support.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Go to Settings > Billing in your Grove dashboard and click "Manage Billing". You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. We also support direct debit (BACS) for annual plans on the Forest tier.
How does billing work?
Grove bills monthly or annually (with a discount for annual billing). Your first charge occurs when your trial ends. Subsequent charges are on the same date each month/year. You can view all invoices in Settings > Billing.
How do I download invoices?
Navigate to Settings > Billing and click "Manage Billing" to open the billing portal. From there you can view and download PDF invoices for all past payments.
Can I add more employee seats?
If you reach your plan's employee limit, you'll see a notification when trying to add new employees. Upgrade to a higher plan for more seats, or contact support@grove.hr if you need a custom arrangement.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel at any time from Settings > Billing. Your access continues until the end of your paid period. After cancellation, you can export your data for 30 days. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
Can I try Grove before committing?
Yes! Every Grove plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied within the first 30 days, we will refund your purchase in full — no questions asked.
